This Return & Refund Policy applies to all customers, including individual retail buyers (B2C) and business wholesale buyers (B2B). All products sold on our website are in-stock inventory goods, overstock items, clearance surplus goods and leftover stock. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all goods belong to clearance stock and accept the relevant sales terms.
- Customer Order Classification
Orders from 1 to 9 pieces belong to B2C retail personal orders.
Orders of 10 pieces and above are regarded as B2B wholesale bulk orders. - Universal Rule for All Clearance & Stock Goods
All inventory goods, overstock, surplus stock, leftover goods and clearance items are sold on final sale basis.
No unconditional return, no free return, no refund due to personal dislike, size unsuitable, color difference, slow sales, wrong purchase or personal expectation gap.
All goods are sold as shown, no after-sales guarantee of new retail standard. - B2C Retail After-sales Rule (1-9 Units)
For individual retail orders, we only accept application for partial refund or replacement if the goods have serious invisible quality defects that cannot be used normally, and buyers must provide clear photos and videos within 48 hours after signing for the goods.
No return for slight surface scratches, minor flaws, slight color difference, outer package wear, which are normal characteristics of inventory clearance goods.
If return is exceptionally approved, all return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer, and the goods shall not be damaged or disassembled again. - B2B Wholesale After-sales Rule (10 Units & Above)
All bulk wholesale inventory and tail goods are non-returnable and non-refundable in any case.
Wholesale buyers shall check the product condition, appearance, specification and quantity before placing an order.
We only handle the compensation for serious wrong goods and serious shortage of quantity caused by our direct mistake.
No compensation or return for individual defective products, minor flaws, surface wear, secondary appearance of inventory goods.
Customized order, mixed bulk order, pallet goods and container goods are absolutely non-refundable and non-returnable. - Order Cancellation Regulation
Unshipped orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after payment.
Once we arrange packing, outbound and shipment, any order cannot be cancelled or refused.
Refusal of goods, arbitrary return and abandoned goods are not allowed for all clearance inventory orders. - Shipping & Customs Statement
All shipping cost, customs duty, import tax and customs clearance risk shall be borne by the buyer.
Shipping fee is non-refundable under any after-sales situation.
