7.3 B2B Wholesale Orders (10+ Units)
Strict policy:
No returns / no refunds under any normal circumstances
Only accepted for:
Wrong items shipped
Major quantity shortage
Severe error caused by us
Not covered:
Individual defects
Minor flaws
Inventory wear
Resolution:
Partial refund OR replacement only
No full order refund

After production starts: 30% cancellation fee
