We use tracked international shipping methods. A tracking number will be provided after shipment. - Shipping Fee
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight and destination. Free shipping is available for qualifying large orders. - Customs & Duties
We prioritize using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, where all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are included.
If DAP (Delivered at Place) or other shipping methods are requested, the buyer will be responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges.
We are not responsible for any delays or detention caused by customs.
